Hypatos

Company provides deep-learning end-to-end automation for large companies that manually process documents. A No-code B2B software to automate all steps in document processing to achieve document hyper-automation.Founded in 2018, the Hypatos team was driven by their vision to empower business through dynamic Invoice handling. Currently, Hypatos has optimized more than millions of Invoices for a wide range of industries. The Hypatos studio is an AI SaaS solution that boosts manual process documents by optimizing the cost and time. The Hypatos studio is backed by data science and AI.

Research & Analysis

COMPETITIVE ANALYSIS

Each team member in design ops has one or two competitors to have a regular competitive analysis and focus on the underserved market opportunities, determine the services to offer, identify the best practices to employ, and isolate the worst practices.

USER PERSONAS AND CHALLENGES :

The users for this project consist of people in the 18-55 age range. The main requirements were transparency and ease to use. Hy-studio needed to be easily understandable by people without any specific knowledge regarding Model training or accounting strategies.

User Flows & Task Design

USERS AND DOCUMENT FLOWS

We identify the user’s needs, goals, and pain points. After breaking down the process into manageable steps, we design the user flow by using Visio to visualise it, and to identify any potential bottlenecks or areas for improvement. We iterate and improve our user flows based on feedback and testing with users, and we make sure to include decision points as it is essential to have different roles in the organisation.

Wireframing & Prototyping

WIREFRAMES

For creating wireframes for Hypatos studio, we use Adobe XD, which allows us to quickly create low-fidelity and high-fidelity wireframes.
After understanding the user’s needs and goals, we usually begin with whiteboard or paper to sketch out our thoughts by hand then wireframe them in XD.
Once we have created our wireframes, we test them with users and gather feedback to iterate and improve them right away.

Moodboards & Visual System

MOODBOARDS

We gathered inspiration with some UI elements for effective mood board creation that reflects the Hypatos brand’s personality and tone that serves as a guide for the user interface design. After feedback from the stakeholders, we refined and decided on these two mood boards.

STYLE GUIDES & BRAND AESTHETIC

Hypatos style guide that serves as a reference for our website, studio UI, and Model training guide to ensure consistency and coherence throughout the site.

PROJECT SCREENS

All of our projects in Hypatos get validated with some of the assumptions we had on the contents of the key dashboards, projects, and documents after conducting a series of user interviews, along with a set of high-level testing and results data. The user experience here is meant to allow users to scan their projects and the results to date and pick up where they left off in their last completion session.
